IVIX Studio (“IVIX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ivixstudio.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- information you submit through an enquiry or partnership form, including your name, email address, company, phone number, project details, budget and message;
- information you provide when you email us or choose to book a meeting through Cal.com; and
- basic technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and interactions with the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand and assess proposed work, communicate with you, operate and secure the website, prevent spam, measure website performance and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics, local storage and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and may use Google Analytics to measure visits and form conversions. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical information about your visit.
The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. You can clear cookies and site data or limit them through your browser settings, although some features may then work differently.
Service providers and international processing
We share information only where reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to you. Providers may include Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile verification and email delivery; Google for tag management and analytics; Microsoft for Clarity; and Cal.com if you choose to book a meeting.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own and handle it under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or systems.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email hello@ivixstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them with personal information.
